Subject: – Anti Deworming Campaign (2021) – Classes (I to VIII).

  1. It is to share with our worthy parents that the Director General Health Services Government of Sindh in consultation with Steering Committee Sindh has planned “Anti-deworming campaign from 1st to 5th Nov, 2021 for children of classes I to VIII, (from 5 to 14 years of age) in all district of Karachi as per letter bearing letter No-DGHSS/ (PH-wing-Deworming-AICD)/Directorate General Health Services Sindh dated 13th Oct, 2021. A tablet “Mebendazole 500 gm” would be administered free to the students.

 

 

  1. Parents who have not had their wards taken the above mentioned tablet yet, to please send the consent slip with their positive response to be given in school on Wednesday, 3rd Nov, 2021.

 

  1. Kindly fill in the given consent slip with necessary particulars and return it to respective class teacher latest by Monday, 1st Nov, 2021.
