Namood-e-Sahar is a multifaceted professional with expertise spanning education, finance, and consulting. She completed her schooling at Beacon Askari O Level School in the Commerce Group, followed by A Levels at Wahaj Hussain’s Institute. Her professional career began in 2016 as a secondary language teacher at The Smart School and continued in 2017 at Crescent Bahria Cadet College. In 2019, Namood-e-Sahar transitioned to finance as a Financial Accountant at Fazaia Degree College Faisal.

Driven to expand her skills, she qualified in three levels of Chinese language from 2018 to 2019. Her commitment to professional growth led her to pursue ACCA certification, becoming an affiliate through Tabani’s School of Accountancy and achieving full ACCA membership in December 2022. That same year, Namood joined The Seeds School as a Quality Assurance Officer and soon after advanced her career as an SAP FI Consultant at A.F. Ferguson, where she applies her financial and consulting acumen to drive results.

The success of our alumni is a testament to the values and education we uphold, and we are grateful for the ways they continue to represent BASS. We are honored to have Maryam Kainat  as part of our extended family, making an impact in the world. Currently she is doing her MBBS(Final Year) from Jinnah Sindh Medical University.She passed her Matriculation Examination with distinction in2017 from Beacon Askari Secondary School. She has been  an eminent and notable student in her Professional Exams by securing highest GPA from 1^st year of MBBS till the fourth year. Maryam is the active member of public speaking society, had been hosting various events and participated in inter and intra university declamations.

The success stories of our alumni continue to fill us with pride and serve as a beacon for current students. Sameen Ikram is one of the sparkling and exceptional students of BASS who earned her stripes by her hard work and dedication. She is an MBBS student in Karachi Medical and Dental College. Sameen cleared all four professional years with CGPA of 4.0 and 11 distinctions. She served in clinical elective rotations in NICVD (emergency medicine) in 2021.She also cleared Level 1 at First Response Initiative of Pakistan(FRIP). She is productively and effectively providing her services as co-author of multiple research papers. Her article about diabetes care was published in one of the leading Journals of Diabetes. Sameen is also active volunteer of HOPES NGO including their Medical Expo and Zakat Campaigns.

Mohammad Ali Awan is insightful and perceptive BASSian who is currently working  as the member of Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Team. He passed his Matriculation Examination triumphantly in 2013 from Beacon Askari Secondary School System. He completed his MSC in Sociology from Allama Iqbal Open University  and MA in Economics from Bacha Khan University , Khyber Pakhtun Khwa and secured first position all over Pakistan. Ali’s contributions towards economic matters and advising Prime Minister on economic issues are highly regarded by government institutions. He was also endorsed for Economics Courses at London School of Economics(LSE) by KP government. He is actively working for cultivating awareness on important National Security issues and Social-Economic development.

BASS is  incredibly proud of the legacy Fareeha Rehman  left behind and grateful for her contributions to the growth and success of BASS. Fareeha is currently working as a certified doctor of PDMC, doing postgraduate clinical practice as MO in a health care facility by Sina Healthcare. She is a proficient and competent BASSian who passed Matriculation Examnination in 2014 with 90% marks and was endowed with Gold Medal by Beacon Askari School Management in 2014. Fareeha completed her MBBS from Karachi Medical and Dental Collage in 2021.She has recently completed her diploma in Family Medicine from AKUH, recognized by WHO.In the recognition of her achievements , BASS management solicited her as a guest speaker to share her strategies and tips  for academic excellence with young BASSians.

Abdur Rehman is currently working as a Project Manager at Nyrstar, a global leader in mining and metal processing. He manages capital projects at Nyrstar Port Pirie and Hobart (Australia). He is also the youngest Project Manager at Nyrstar among 6000 employees. He has previously worked in multinational Brownfield and Greenfield construction companies and OEM’s.

He did his matriculation from Beacon Askari College in 2008. He did his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology in 2014. He then went to complete his post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide (Australia), which is among the top 100 universities in the world.

Abdur Rehman is a registered engineer with Engineers Australia and Pakistan Engineering Council. He has also done numerous certifications in Project management, Risk management, Renewable energy and environment.

O levels in 2017 and then went for A levels. Post A levels, I accomplished Gaming Courses that lead me to becoming an incredible AAA 3D and Texture Artist in Narsun Studios, a renowned IT company of Pakistan. Lately, pursuing my degree in Psychology from Virtual University.

Muntaha Shahid was one of the shining pearls of BASS OL who got admitted in year 2006 and having spent 6 successful years, passed out in the year 2012. She produced an outstanding result (1A*, 6A) and served the school as a Head girl as well for the academic year of 2011-12. She was awarded with Gold Medal for her CIE result and gained a lot many shields and certificates too during her academic career in BASS.

She completed her F.Sc from Lahore College of Women with 84% marks. She did her MBBS from CMC (University of Health & Sciences) and now is in line of house job.

Dreaming of a career as a professional marketer, Remsha Ishtiaq graduated from Beacon Askari Secondary School in 2012. She had a keen interest in public speaking and participated in various activities like business conference, seminars and debates. She was also a scholarship holder in her last academic year at Beacon Askari Secondary School on behalf of her outstanding academic grades.   Remsha recently graduated in 2019 with a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and is now pursuing her career as a successful marketer.

Yasharah Mirza is a Software Engineer who completed her Matriculation from Beacon Askari Secondary School (BASS) in 2013. She was a Gold Medalist and received multiple scholarships at school. She has done her Intermediate from Punjab Board PGC in the year 2015 and later completed bachelor in Computer Science from FAST-NUCES in year 2019. Currently, she is working as a Software Developer in First Software House of Pakistan i.e. Systems Limited.

Bilal Mustafa was another outstanding BASSian who got sound grooming and personality development during his stay at BASS. He produced an outstanding result (7A*, 2A) and was awarded with Gold Medal. He served the school as a Head boy as well for the academic year of 2012 – 13 and later on graduated from IBA in Accounting and Finance. Which eventually turned him into what he is now.

He is currently serving as an (Entrepreneur) and a Co-founder of  Fresh – to – Go (Food Processing and Distribution Company). He is also a Co-founder of Artify (Digital Marketing Agency) as well and running a subway Franchise too.

Ansharah Mirza did her Matriculation from Beacon Askari Secondary School in the year 2012. She further did her Intermediate from Govt. Degree College, Malir Cantt. She then got admission in the Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) previously known as SMC in the year 2014 and recently graduated in the 2019 as a doctor. She is currently doing her paid Internship at National Institute of Child Health (NICH) and is further looking forward to doing house job at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre and planning for Specialization. Ansharah was always a high achiever and got scholarship and the Gold Medal from her school. She secured 82% in Intermediate and got 4 GPA in her University in semester nine and graduated with 3.85 GPA in her Final semester.

Noraiz Subhan was another brilliant BASSian who got an outstanding result (3A*, 3As & 3Bs) and was awarded with Gold Medal. He served the school as a Head boy as well for the academic year of 2014 and his continuity for achieving Gold Medal just not ended here but with his extraordinary intellectual skills, he received another Gold medal at FAST-NUCES with CGPA of 3.96%.

He is currently studying for a BS degree in Electrical Specializing in Electronics. He is having an interest in Robotics and Quad-copters drone.

BASSians achievements are endless and we are proud of them. Syed Obaid Ul Haq passed out with flying colors in the year 2014. He did his Mechanical Engineering from NEDUET in Dec 2019. He has worked as a Project Trainee at Daraz, Alibaba group and Engineer Intern at EBM.

As a BASSian, Faizan Ali showed an outstanding performance in his Matriculation and even in the higher studies. He has performed extraordinarily in his career life by passing out from Pakistan Air Force Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology and received Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.   Now his is working as a Power Plant Engineer and still remembers the precious time he has spent with the whole faculty of Beacon Askari School System.

– Laraib Ahmed completed his O Level from BASS and later on did A-Level. He pursued his academic career further from Mirchwala Hub of Accountancy and completed his ACCA. He decided to make his career in the noble profession of teaching and is currently teaching in Beacon House School System. He is also making fortune through his own Forex investment business too.
