1. As per directive of the Ministry of Health & District Emergency Operation Center (DEOC), the Polio
Campaign has been scheduled to vaccinate all the children under 5 years’ of age on Monday, 28 th Nov,
2022.

The above information to be provided to respective Class Teacher latest by Thursday, 24 th
November, 2022 positively. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated, please.
