BASS Attendance and Fine Policy.

  1. It is to remind our worthy parents that BASS is very conscious about attendance of its students and staff alike. The school authorities are committed to ensure compliance of attendance benchmark which is minimum 90% by every BASSian. We strongly believe that there is no learning while staying back at home for any reason. To bring discipline, pride and more sense of responsibility, following fine will be imposed against each absentee:-

a. VI to VIII 80% – 89% Rs. 100/day
79% below Rs. 200/day
b. IX – X 80% – 89% Rs. 250/day
75% – 79% Rs. 400/day
Below 75% Rs. 600/day

 

  1. It is further highlighted that continuous absence without any sound reason can lead a student to be suspended/dropped out from the school roll without any notice. Students making them absent or late for no reason may not be allowed to sit in class till valid explanation.

 

  1. Please take the above policy in positive spirit and ensure that your ward(s) takes pride in attending the school regularly and in time.
