  1. It is to inform you that ‘English’ holds the status of language of International communication. BASS is duly concerned about promotion of ‘English Speaking Culture’ among BASSians and always lays a lot of emphasis on polishing and refinement of English language skills. BASSians are always encouraged to participate in such competitions and activities where their language skills get improved and polished. One of such competitions named “ICATS English Linguistics Contest (2022)” is going to be organized by ‘International Competence & Aptitude Testing Services on Wednesday, 19th January, 2022 where students from class I to X may participate. The format of the test will be MCQ type and its past test papers are available on its website i.e. https://www.catscontests.org/downloads

 

  1. The last date for submission of registration is Monday, 15th November, 2021 and fee is 800/- per student. Teachers will guide students about this contest and support them to prepare enough to participate, contest and prove their worth among many. Top scorers from each class will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals along with certificates by ICATS. You are requested to encourage your ward to prepare and participate as it will provide him/her international level exposure and confidence and certainly will help to improve language skills. Parents to contact respective English teachers for further details about this event if so required.

 

  1. In case of participation in said contest, the participation fee Rs. 800/- will be added in fee voucher of December, 2021. Kindly fill in the given contest form to allow your ward to participate.
