Dear Parents/Guardians, (السلام علیکم)

Subject: – Deworming Campaign (2023) – Classes (OL I to Snr OL II).

  1. It is to share with our worthy parents that the Director General Health Services Government of Sindh in consultation with Steering Committee Sindh has planned “Deworming campaign from 6th Feb, to 11th Feb, 2023 for children of age 5 to 14 years in all district of Karachi as per letter bearing letter No-DGHSS/ (PH-wing-Deworming-AICD)/Directorate General Health Services Sindh dated 27th Jan, 2023. A tablet “Mebendazole 500 gm” would be administered free to the students of class OL I to Snr OL II on 10th Feb, 2023.
  2.   Kindly fill in the given consent slip with necessary particulars and return it to respective class teacher latest by Thursday, 9th Feb, 2023.
