Subject: BASS Rules & Regulations, Attendance Benchmark, Punctuality, Dress Code,

  1. We hope this circular finds you in good health and high spirits. As we commence a new academic year i.e. (2023-24), we would like to bring to your attention on certain important aspects that contribute to create a conducive learning environment for your child.
  1. Rules & Regulations:

It is vital for your child’s success and the overall functioning of the school that all students respect and follow the rules and regulations set forth by the school. These guidelines exist to maintain a safe, harmonious, and inclusive environment for everyone. We request your support in familiarizing yourself and your child with the school’s code of conduct, academic policies, guidelines for examinations, assignments, and participation in extracurricular activities. By working together, we can ensure a positive learning experience for your child. Please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Punctuality:

Punctuality is a valuable skill that helps instill discipline and respect for education in your child. We request that you ensure your child arrives at school on time, ready to start the day’s activities. Late arrivals disrupt the learning process for everyone. So would be strictly dealt. Frequent late arrivals will result in sending students back to home.

2nd Bell 8:10 a.m.
8:00 a.m. Late arrival
8:10 a.m. Gate closed, not allowed

  1. Dress Code and Proper Haircut:

Our school maintains a dress code to instill a sense of unity, discipline, and impeccable appearance among students. We kindly request your assistance in ensuring your child follows the prescribed dress code, wearing the designated school uniform neatly and properly (mentioned below). Additionally, please ensure that your child maintains a proper haircut according to the school’s guidelines. A well-groomed appearance helps create a positive learning environment and fosters a sense of pride among students. A gentle reminder to girls also to come to school without any accessories (earrings, rings, bangles, nail polish, fancy clips, or ponies). Please ensure that their hair is neatly tied back and free of lice, no hina/mehndi on their hands.

White K.T half sleeves/full sleeves shirt with maroon pipit at the end of collar, and sleeves with School logo on left pocket. Light grey shirt with shoulders and maroon collar, maroon stripe at the edge of sleeves and pocket with school logo.
Grey tropical trouser with two side pockets and one back pocket White shalwar.
White socks. White scarf with maroon pipe-in at the edge.
Black laced shoes. (Semi-Formal Bata Shoes) White socks.
Black belt with simple buckle. Black shoes. (Semi-Formal Bata Shoes)
  1. Prohibited Items in School Premises:

In the best interest of safety and maintaining a conducive learning environment, bringing prohibited items mentioned below to school premises is strictly forbidden.

a.     Cigarettes/cigarette lighter/ vape/vape-related products e. working tools (e.g. screw-driver, metal rod or scale, paper cutter, envelope opener etc.)
b.     Any eatable having nicotine content (Velo chewing gums etc.)

 

f.  mobiles phones
c.     Computer/electronic games g.  personal valuables
d.     All card games/toys h.  any other sharp objects that may cause bodily harm
