Subject: – Annual Sports Gala for Classes (OL III – Snr OL III) – Sat, 21st Jan, 2023 at Colony Sports Ground.

  1. It is to inform our worthy parents that BASS always emphasizes to develop all round personality of each BASSian. Physical fitness has great importance in this regard. It is well said that “a healthy mind is found in a healthy body”. In this context, we are organizing “Annual Sports Gala” on Saturday, 21st Jan, 2023 at Colony Sports Ground, (Saudabad, Malir).
  1. The following instructions to be complied with:-
  2. Each BASSian has to attend Annual Sports Gala as “attendance is mandatory”.
  3. Parents are requested to kindly drop off your ward at 8:00 a.m. and pick him/her at 1:30 p.m. from venue.
  4. During the conduct of sports events and for participation on Main Sports Gala day, wearing of sports uniform is mandatory for all students, those who have not purchased yet for any reason, must purchase now from Nazeer Sons (Model colony).
  5. No student is allowed to bring any mobile, camera, tablet, etc. failing to which will lead to confiscation of device. Pictures of event can be collected from respective class teachers later on.
  6. Canteen stall would be setup for students.
  7. BASS Management solicits your gracious presence on the occasion of our ‘Annual Sports Gala (2022-23)’ to witness thrilled performances of young BASSians. We request all the parents to honor the said occasion.
  8. You are requested to send us consent slip given below latest by Thursday, 19th Jan, 2023 to ensure proper seating arrangement accordingly.
