Dear Parents/Guardians, (السلام علیکم)

Subject: Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) of Final Tests – Snr OL III – Wednesday,                      29^th Sep, 2021.

4. Our worthy parents of students of Snr OL III are cordially invited to attend the Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) of the Final Tests to be held on Wednesday, 29^th Sep, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
5. All parents are humbly requested to discuss with class/subject teachers regarding their ward(s) progress for further improvement while strictly complying with COVID – 19 SOPs by using face mask and maintaining proper social distancing. Students must come in neat and proper school uniform with their parents to know the feedback of their performance in the Final Tests from their concerned teachers before appearing in CAIE.
6. Students of above mentioned class will have their prep leave from Monday, 27^th Sep, till Saturday 2^nd Oct, 2021 before they appear in CAIE on Monday, 4^th Oct, 2021. However, they can come and discuss with concerned teachers if facing any difficulty while preparing for CAIE during school working hours. Students will rejoin school for regular 5 days classes from Wednesday 13^th October, 2021.
7. You are also requested to clear all outstanding school dues to get a Statement of Entry (SoE) issued.
